Where is the best place to farm Blood Vials?
Where to farm for Blood Vials in Bloodborne. Given that Blood Vials are essential for topping your health back up, you always want to have as many of them about you as possible. To get more of these easily, head to the Central Yharnam lamp, then start the process of opening the gate to your left.
A Hunter can hold a maximum of 20 Blood Vials in their inventory (more can be held using Caryll Runes) and any more that are gained will automatically be sent to the hunter's storage in the Hunter's Dream.
The guidance states that there are global shortages of blood tube products beyond those produced by BD. Clinicians have been urged not to stockpile the products they do have access to and continue to maintain normal order levels.
There is currently a shortage. A number of reasons have been given about why the manufacturer of blood collection tubes, Beckton Dickinson, has reported a shortage. These include problems with transportation and record demand as people seek help for health problems after lockdowns.
Out of the 5 liters of blood in your body, even 3-5 full vials are a safe quantity and unsubstantial, so don't worry! This ensures that enough samples are available for back-up in case some samples are compromised.

When you die, your blood vials automatically get filled up back to 20 with the remaining ones in your storage. If those are all used up, you need to pick up new ones by defeating enemies, finding them in the environment, or buying them from the merchant in the Hunter's Dream.
Once you have used Iosefka's Blood Vial, you can return to the clinic and speak to her again to receive another vial as long as you don't anger her by attacking the door.
To calculate how many vials can be drawn at one time, we need to know how much each vial can carry. The typical blood vial only has 8.5 milliliters of blood within. Before you start to feel adverse effects, you would need to draw roughly 88 of these blood vials!
How many bullets can you hold in bloodborne?
You can have up to 20 bullets stored in your inventory at one time (Additional bullets can be stored using Caryll Runes), and you can also press up on the D-Pad to give yourself 5 extra bullets at the cost of health.
You can have up to 99 vials in storage. There are some Caryll runes that can increase the number of vials you can carry - but by a small amount. First one I found was only 1 extra vial.
A good late game farming spot for echos and blood vial is the Mergo's Loft: Middle lantern. Equip all the Moon Runes you have and head upstairs to the 2 Shadows of Yharnam. Each one gives around 3k echos with a chance of 2-4 blood vials. It's easy to kill them one by one (just use pebbles to pull them).
