A word on pressure washers:

To complete a full refurb you are going to need to use a pressure washer, small jet washers that have pencil jet nozzles are not the ones to use.

For speed and to achieve a professional finish you will need to use a machine that has either a dirt blaster nozzle, cyclone nozzle, or a turbo nozzle.

You can hire a pressure washer and a flat surface cleaner (just like the professionals use) from most tool hire shops or you can purchase them.
